What is not decided here
Most of the board, which is the point.
- Rank. Money moves it and nothing else does. No decision on this page has ever changed a position, and none can.
- Who may list. There is no queue and no review. A bid settles and the board changes.
- What a listing says. Its owner writes that, and holds the token that changes it.
What is left is a short list: whether a proposed category is a new idea or an existing one under a different word, and whether a reported listing broke a rule that was printed before the payment was made. Both are on this page, in full, including the times the answer was no.
This page is the whole record: there is no second list kept anywhere else. Reporting a listing is a form, and what you write in it appears here beside the answer. Bidding for a category puts one here the moment the payment settles. A recovery done by hand appears here when it is filed, not when it is answered.
