How to report one
Use the form. It wants three things and nothing else: the listing's link, which rule you say it breaks, and what you saw. Every listing page has a report link that fills the first one in.
What you write is published. It appears on the public record with the answer beside it, and nothing about who filed it is recorded, so there is nothing to trace back and nothing for us to hand over. Legal notices, or anything that should not be public before it is answered, go to abuse@xmrbid.lol instead. The decision still gets published; the correspondence does not.
Reports are read by a person. There is no automated scanner deciding what stays, because a board this size does not need one and an automated scanner is how a directory quietly turns into a filter nobody can appeal.
What gets removed
- Anything on the refused list. Link shorteners, chat invites standing as listings of their own, sexual content, and one project filed as five rows. These are on the rules page and they are removed on sight.
- Material that is illegal to distribute where the server runs.
- Anything targeting a private individual, including doxing and harassment dressed up as a project.
- Deception aimed at the people reading the board. A phishing clone of a listed wallet, a link that changed after settling into something else, malware behind a friendly description.
- Clear trademark or copyright infringement reported by the holder, or somebody acting for one.
What does not get removed
- Competitors. A rival being on the board, above you, is the board working.
- Things you disapprove of. Onion services, mixers, aliasing tools and anything else that is lawful and honestly described stay, whatever anybody thinks of the category.
- Rank. No report changes a position. Money does that, and nothing else does.
- A payment or its receipt. Removing a listing hides the listing. The payment happened, the receipt is real, and the totals have to keep adding up, so both stay published.
What happens after a report
- It is read by a person. There is no automated scanner deciding what stays.
- If it is clear cut, the listing comes off the board and stays off. No refund: the rules were on the page before the payment was made.
- Either way the answer is published on the public record, including the refusals. Those are the part that makes the rest worth reading.
- A listing owner can respond with their claim token, which is the one thing that proves the listing is theirs.
Why decisions are published
A directory that removes things quietly is a directory whose ordering cannot be trusted, and this one has already staked everything on the ordering being a fact rather than an opinion. So the removals are on the record with the reasons attached. If this board ever starts taking listings down for reasons it will not print, the thing it was built to be has already gone.
Legal process
Orders are answered the way anyone must. What can be produced is bounded by what exists, and what exists is on the privacy page: no accounts, no addresses, no payment identities, no per-visit log. See the canary for what is said about orders that cannot be described.
