What these are
A Monero InProof: a signature made with this board's private view key showing that a real transaction paid a real amount to the address that invoice used.
- Anyone can check one. Open a row, copy the command, and any Monero wallet on any node answers with the amount off the chain. If that disagrees with the board, the board is wrong.
- No sender is named. Monero does not carry one, and a receipt signed by the receiver cannot invent one.
- Withheld means asked for. A payer can decline the public receipt at bid time. The payment stays on this list with everything else, its amount, its rank and its date, so the total still adds up; the one missing part is the signature, and it was never made rather than made and kept somewhere. Nothing about the payer was in it either way, Monero does not carry a sender.
- A view key made these. The server can show income and cannot spend it, because no spend key is kept here.
- None of this proves the board is not bidding on itself. No signature can. That is why the rows are published one by one instead of as a number.
